- Jonathan Harvey Bird Concerto with Pianosong
- Jesper Nordin Surfaces Scintillantes

Birdsong abounds in the Chimera Ensemble’s final concert of the season, with Kasimierz Serocki’s ‘delectable titbit’ Arrangements which showcases the diversity of sounds produced by recorder extended techniques.
Jonathan Harvey’s Bird Concerto with Pianosong, featuring third-year pianist Anna Czepiel, includes the songs and cries of over 40 birds transcribed and stretched to human proportions. Jesper Nordin’s sparkling Surfaces Scintillantes completes a programme of brightly glittering works. The concert will also include new works by student composers.
