Richard Evans
PhD Composition
Richard’s PhD investigates the relationships between composition that is informed by recent psychological/physiological research, and an audience’s perception and susceptibility to that music.
Richard holds two Bachelor of Music degrees from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. (Marimba Performance and Composition, 2013), and a Master of Music degree from Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, UK (Composition, 2015).
Richard is the holder of a Vinson Award
